We at the Gould Restaurant believe in serving innovative, American dishes that are made to honor our customers. Our primary goal is presenting well executed, conscious cuisine with knowledgeable and nurturing service that is thoughtfully sourced to support the local community, its farmers, and its businesses.
We are proud to play a role in creating positive change towards environmental sustainability. The Gould has recently begun to move towards eliminating all single use plastics within the restaurant and the tavern and have already transitioned to using eco-friendly, compostable to go containers.
Going the extra mile for quality means that we source much of our veggies from local farms and suppliers. Our greens are non-GMO and hydroponically grown close by. Yancy’s Fancy cheeses, situated just down the road in Corfu, enliven our sandwiches and salads and other menu items.
To highlight the season’s best flavors, our menu changes seasonally. We hope you will join us at our table soon.
