  • Sales Manager - The Sales Manager solicits, books, plans, and coordinates corporate and social catering and banquet events for group bookings. He or she is responsible for contracting and closing on local social and business events and ensures that the event is carried out properly and in a timely fashion to ensure quality service delivery. In addition, the Sales Manager is responsible for achieving and/or exceeding catering revenue goals by actively promoting and up-selling each event.
  • Food & Beverage Manager - The Food & Beverage Manager ensures that the restaurant operates smoothly, delivers an outstanding guest experience, and provides strong leadership and supervision to the staff. He or she manages and trains the staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner and that they follow proper sanitation standards.
Hotel:
  • Hotel Housekeeper Hotel Housekeeping is responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, appearance, and general safety of the common areas within the hotel, including the corridors, elevators, guest areas, service areas, restrooms, and linen closets. They work with a minimum of supervision to ensure assigned areas are maintained in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition by performing various tasks using the necessary equipment and supplies.  
Back of House:
  • Line Cook - We are looking for a talented Line Cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with their daily tasks. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Dishwasher -  The Dishwasher is one of the most important positions in the kitchen, and ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for the dining room and cleans all cooking utensils, pots, and pans for the kitchen staff.
Front of House:
  • Banquet Server - The Banquet Server serves food and drinks to guests during banquet events following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or she interacts with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner and may help with setting up and breaking down the banquet room before and after events.
  • Hotel Housekeeper - The Server serves food and drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or she interacts with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner and rings guest checks, collects cash, and processes credit charges following company policies and procedures. In addition, the Server helps with seating guests, clearing and setting tables, and preparing to go orders.
  • Bartender - The Bartender makes and serves drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards and strictly abides by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated individuals. He or she interacts with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner and rings guest checks, collects cash, and processes credit charges following company policies and procedures. In addition, the Bartender maintains inventory control, initiates liquor requisitions, and ensures established pars are maintained.
